CoGoJets is a member-based, social networking website designed for you to share private jet flights on a per-seat, pro rata basis. By sharing a private jet, you
are able to experience the luxury, ease and convenience - one seat at a time.
How does CoGoJets work?
As a member of CoGoJets, you book and share flights with other members going to your same destinations. You can either share flights that have been proposed by
other members or propose your own. Once you reach agreeable flight terms (from, to, date, time and seats) with the other sharing members of your flight, you book
the flight together and you're on your way.
Who are CoGoJets' members?
CoGoJets’ members are business and leisure travelers. They join CoGoJets to experience the industry’s most efficient air travel solution, where they can save both time and money.
How do I actually save up to 50-90% on my travel?
If you spilt a CoGoJets flight with just one other member, you've just saved 50% off the retail cost of private jet travel. If you split a Heavy Jet with
nine other members, 10 total seats, you've saved 90% off the retail cost of private jet travel on a Heavy Jet.
Is there a limit to the number of flights I can take?
No, there is no limit to the number of flights you can take. You can join and propose as many flights as you wish and there is also no obligation to take a flight until you have agreed to the flight’s terms. The sky’s the limit!
What is the difference between CoGoJets and the other private jet companies?
CoGoJets is the only private jet company that offers you the ability to share a private jet on a per-seat, pro rata basis. CoGoJets is the most cost-effective
and environmentally friendly way to fly private.
How did you come up with CoGoJets?
After a decade of watching half empty aircraft fly all over the world through our sister-company, Jet Linx Aviation, LLC., we felt it was finally time to provide a
more fiscally-minded and environmentally responsible way to fly private.
What does CoGoJets mean?
"Co" comes from "cooperate" and "Go" refers to the movement of people on "Jets." CoGoJets means by cooperating we can all enjoy the benefits of private jet
travel without all the expense.
Are these booked flights I can join?
No, these are not booked flights to join. CoGoJets' is a communication forum where its members collectively negotiate their desired flight's terms (from, to, date,
time and seats) and book a flight together.
Who will I share my flights with?
You get to choose what CoGoJets members you share flights with. There is never an obligation to share a flight with any particular member or take a shared
flight.
Can I bring anyone I want on my flight?
Yes, you can bring anyone you want on your flight, as long as you identify them on your itinerary when booking and pay for their seats. You CAN NOT have anyone
else use your membership without you present on the flight.
What safety measures are in place to ensure I'm flying with the best?
CoGoJets has contracted the services of Aviation Research Group U.S. (ARG/US) to conduct an audit of the operator, aircraft and flight crew prior to each and
every flight. If the operator doesn't satisfy the ARG/US Gold rating safety requirements, they will not be contracted to perform service for CoGoJets' members.
Will CoGoJets keep my contact information private?
CoGoJets will keep all of your contact information private, please see our Privacy Policy. For safety and security purposes though, all members use their legal
name when negotiating and booking shared flights with other members. It allows everyone the opportunity to choose who they share flights with.
Are the costs provided through the Cost Calculator accurate?
Yes, the total estimated costs are accurate and come from the same database our members use when booking flights. But, it is up to you how many passengers you
share your flight with, so the pro-rata cost per seat is up to you.
What is F.E.T. tax?
F.E.T. tax is a 7.5% charge added on top of your total flight charges. The applicable F.E.T. tax will be identified and added to your total cost when booking
your flight.
What is a fuel surcharge?
A fuel surcharge is an additional charge added to the total cost of a flight if the average cost of fuel exceeds $2.40 per gallon. Any applicable fuel surcharge
will be identified and added to the total cost when booking your flight.
What is de-icing?
De-icing of the aircraft may take place when the air temperature is near or below freezing and there is precipitation in the air. This event and cost can not be
identified when booking your flight and can only be charged after the flight has taken place.
